Job Description: Preventive Maintenance TechnicianThe Bloom Energy Service Team is seeking a highly motivated Preventive Maintenance Technician (PMT) to join their growing team.  The PMT is responsible for performing system maintenance and inspections on Bloom Energy fuel cell systems while providing exceptional customer service.   Role and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on fuel cell systems</li><li>Maintain a service vehicle</li><li>Maintain spare part and tool inventories</li><li>Work with customers to access facilities</li><li>Document and report on work performed using standard company computer programs</li><li>Dispatch from an area within the given service territory and advantageous for Field Service operations</li><li>Travel within the Region in performance of duties (&lt;25%)</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to lift 45-50lbs</li><li>Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions</li><li>Ability to work at height, occasionally ascends/descends a ladder, EWP, or AWP.</li></ul>Other Skills and Experience:<ul><li>The following MINIMUM levels of experience and or education are required:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED Required</li><li>Time spent working on machinery, engines, appliances, or electrical equipment -AND/OR-</li><li>Active or reserve duty military</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Basic understanding of working safely, especially with electricity and in construction/industrial environments</li><li>Team player who exhibits a high degree of integrity and professionalism</li><li>Motivated and able to work independently</li><li>Capable of following procedures as written</li><li>Demonstrates self-initiative and sound judgment</li><li>Basic electrical/mechanical aptitude</li><li>Highly motivated and able to work independently</li><li>Able to communicate effectively in English in both written and or verbal form to facilitate duties as required</li><li>Preferred light-duty rigging experience (~200lbs.)</li><li>Ability to work with typical mechanical hand tools and equipment</li><li>Communicates clearly in technical capacity, both written and verbal</li><li>Able to navigate the basic use of a laptop</li><li>Preferred experience driving a large van or truck</li><li>Clean driving record required</li></ul>#LI-JS1 #BEI2024<h1>Salary Ranges:</h1>$23.66 - $34.04
