As the Operations Manager dedicated to Field Service, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a pipeline of heat pump and electrification service issues while prioritizing great customer experiences and installation quality improvement. If you are looking for a high-impact role at a high-growth climate company, are hyper-organized and love bringing structure to your environment, or just love heat pumps, apply to join our team! </span></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Your Role &amp; Your Impact</h3><ul><li>You will take full ownership of building, managing and executing a service response plan for our pipeline of customers</li><li>Your key focus will be on managing and triaging service issues with HVAC and related electrification installations, dispatching service contractors and providing diagnostic and troubleshooting support</li><li>You will be responsible for managing and developing contractor relationships for our service offering</li><li>You will track and maintain service documentation in order to continuously improve quality, by identifying recurring installation challenges and developing best practicesAs needed, you will conduct on-site walkthroughs of high-priority field issues to troubleshoot and dispatch technicians, or resolve minor field issues yourself (approximately 20% of the time)</li><li>You will be a key contributor to developing and implementing long term service &amp; maintenance offerings for new customers</li><li>Overall, you will be instrumental in improving installation quality and customer experience of each project we install</li></ul><h3>What You Bring</h3><ul><li>5+ years as a heat pump service technician or in-field installer</li><li>2+ years of experience as an operations or service manager, with preferable team management experience</li><li>In depth knowledge of heat pumps, controls and commissioning</li><li>Experience in project management &amp; delivering excellent customer serviceStrong ability to organize, prioritize, multitask and delegate</li><li>Excellent communication - the ability to manage contractors and interact professionally with customers</li><li>Energetic and self-driven, with a strong sense of self-ownership and follow throughProficiency in CRM tools, Field Service Tools, Microsoft Office, G-Suite </li><li>You live within 50 miles of Denver, CO (or are willing to relocate with assistance).You are willing and able to travel to job sites and have a technical acumen to troubleshoot installation challenges.</li><li>You are willing to remotely support urgent service calls on nights and weekends as needed</li><div><br></div><div><br></div></ul><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Base Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 USD</li><li>Meaningful Equity</li><li>🩺 Medical and Vision</li><li>🏝️ Generous PTO + sick days </li><li>🖥️ Workstation stipend</li><li>Industrial office space in Downtown Denver</li><div><br></div><div>Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
