Your Responsibilities:<ul><li>Sub-Contracting: Lead commercials, contracting, supplier pipeline, compliance, audits, &amp; governance and ensure cost optimisation, capacity assurance, and adherence to standards.</li><li>Outsourcing (Brass Inserts, Fittings &amp; Adjacencies): Drive sourcing, supplier development, VA/VE, cost engineering, and alternate supplier development. Manage QCD performance.</li><li>MRO Procurement: Manage sourcing of mechanical, electrical, consumables, tooling, and critical spares. Implement rate contracts, digital workflows, and supplier consolidation.</li><li>Exports – Traded/Labelled Products: Source export-ready labelled SKUs, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, manage long-term supply agreements.</li><li>Supplier &amp; Stakeholder Management: Lead supplier audits, performance reviews, capability improvements, and coordination with Operations, Engineering, QA, Logistics.</li><li>Cost &amp; Process Excellence: Drive structured cost reduction, improve procurement efficiency, ensure adherence to global procurement policies and ESG norms.</li></ul>Your Requirement:<ul><li>10–15+ years in procurement/sourcing in engineering/manufacturing environments.</li><li>Experience in sub-con operations, outsourcing, MRO, brass components, polymer fittings and export procurement.</li><li>Strong negotiation, cost engineering, supplier development, and contract management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of drawings, specifications, manufacturing processes, and SAP/ERP.</li><li>Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.</li><li>Strategic Thinking</li><li>Commercial Leadership</li><li>Supplier Management</li><li>Cross-Functional Influence</li><li>Team Development</li><li>Results Orientation</li></ul>
