The intern will assist in projects focused on automating the creation of technical product submittals and developing process execution dashboards to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:  To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   <ul><li>Assist in the development and implementation of AI tools for generating technical submittals.</li><li>Support the design and creation of process execution dashboards.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and optimize AI solutions.</li><li>Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to track project progress.</li><li>Participate in testing and quality assurance of AI applications.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts</li><li>An interest in pumps, large industrial machinery and/or solving world water challenges.</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboard creation.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:<ul><li>Hands-on experience with AI application in a real-world industrial environment.</li><li>Exposure to highly engineered capital equipment</li><li>Insight into how technical sales team’s proceed from quotation to order execution</li><li>Exposure to cross-departmental collaboration and project management.</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions impacting global water technology.</li></ul>The estimated salary range for this position is $23 to $25 per hour.Xylem does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
