The Semiconductor Packaging and Reliability Engineering research team at the Central European Hitachi Energy Research Center is looking for an intern with reliability engineering experience to contribute to our reliability models initiatives. You will interact with a dynamic and multidisciplinary team that will supervise and guide the project.
