POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our IT Program Management Office (IT PMO), reporting directly to the IT Director of the PMO. This role will serve as the critical link between IT and Finance, overseeing financial operations for the IT portfolio. The successful candidate will partner with Financial Support to lead the annual budgeting process for both project and non-project costs, manage strategic funding initiatives through our Business Transformation Office (BTO), and provide leadership to a team of financial analysts supporting project cost accounting.
