AECOM is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world. This position is for a newly created position.Major Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develops and implements the program’s estimate breakdown structure, establishing appropriate measurement methods.</li><li>Reviews and evaluates contractor cost estimates, including those for Target Price submissions and Change Requests, providing constructive feedback.</li><li>Advises Program Leads, Program Controls, and Commercial Leads on cost estimating best practices and methodologies.</li><li>Conducts bottom-up estimates as needed to validate contractor estimates as part of the assurance process.</li><li>Maintains a comprehensive database of rates and benchmark data for the program.</li><li>Works closely with PMO Services to report and integrate estimating data, supporting program-wide estimating initiatives.</li></ul>
