This role provides hands-on exposure to every area of the sales process. You will work directly within the sales department and act as the strategic backbone for our closing team and help keep our sales process running smoothly. You will personally have an upstream impact on identifying data upstream that will increase the likelihood of helping more homeowners switch to solar. <h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:5px;">What You Will Do</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Lead Disposition Planning &amp; Management: <ul><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Property record and identify high-solar-potential neighborhoods and properties.</li><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Capture marketing data related to the home, such as roof viability or solar, home value, heating type</li><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Help find new data points to track and improve lead journeys and sit solar customer likelihood. </li><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Collaborate with Business Analyst team to make marketing decisions based on data</li><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Communicate with customers and generate feedback for marketing automations</li><li style="list-style-type:circle;">Schedule consultations for homeowners to find out more about solar and batteries for their home</li></ul></li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:5px;">What We Look For</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Fast-Paced Worker: Can navigate computer systems quickly and handle multiple tasks without losing focus.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite/Excel.
