Application Support &amp; Troubleshooting</h3><ul><li>Provide Tier 2 support for proprietary and third-party applications used in transportation management (TMS) and facility operations.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve software issues related to driver mobile apps, scale-house software, and inventory tracking systems.</li><li>Manage the IT service desk queue, prioritizing critical issues that impact truck movement or facility intake.</li></ul><h3>2. Transportation &amp; Logistics Systems</h3><ul><li>Troubleshoot issues regarding digital manifests and bill-of-lading generation for soil transport.</li><li>Assist dispatch teams with software configuration for route optimization and asset allocation.</li></ul><h3>3. Bio-Treatment &amp; Compliance Data</h3><ul><li>Ensure accurate data flow between scale systems and the central database for billing and inventory.</li><li>Assist in generating compliance reports for environmental regulatory bodies using SQL or built-in reporting tools.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Education &amp; Experience</h3><ul><li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li><b>Experience:</b> 2–4 years of experience in Application Support, Help Desk, or Systems Analysis is a plus</li><li>Prior experience supporting <b>Logistics/Supply Chain</b>, <b>Waste Management</b>, or <b>Environmental Services</b> software is highly preferred.</li></ul><p></p><p>Technical Skills</p><ul><li><b>Database:</b> Proficiency in <b>SQL</b> (ability to write queries to investigate data discrepancies).</li><li><b>Reporting:</b> Exposure to Power BI.</li></ul><h3></h3><h3>Soft Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong analytical skills with a "root cause" mindset.</li><li>Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., explaining a sync error to a dispatcher).</li><li>Patience and empathy when dealing with high-pressure operational environments.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit;"><br><br> </p><p>We thank you for your interest.
