The Asset Management Specialist will join a growing Asset Management team focused on strengthening and growing EVgo’s EVSE network through strong project management, account management, technical problem solving and data analysis. </div><div> </div><div><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute testing, troubleshooting, commissioning and operationalizing new EVSE equipment. </li><li>Organize and lead equipment improvement projects to maintain and improve the charging network. Coordinate campaigns by preparing all necessary resources to ensure proper resource allocation, training and execution by internal and external teams. </li><li>Proactively work with cross-functional stakeholders to remove barriers that delay resolutions. </li><li>Manage vendors to determine status of assigned campaigns, dispatches and resolution. </li><li>Consistently collect data from campaigns, commissioning and other corrective work and create reports through SiteTracker and other systems. </li><li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting the EVgo EVSE charging network. </li><li>Communicate effectively between departments; customer care, marketing, engineering, etc. providing support or routing information. </li><li>Deploy hardware and software solutions understanding business requirements and technology standards. </li><li>Provide support for hardware and software malfunctions identifying root cause and implementing the appropriate solution. </li><li>Escalate complex or specialized service requests and incidents to the relevant teams; maintaining ownership to ensure problem resolution. </li><li>Experience with facilities maintenance </li></ul></div><div><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li style="font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;"><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:sans-serif , arial , helvetica;font-size:12.0px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;letter-spacing:normal;text-indent:0.0px;">Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.</span></li></ul></div><div><strong>Desired Skills:</strong><strong></strong></div><div><ul><li>Strong project management and cross-collaboration skills.
