This role combines business development, strategic upselling, and technical advisory to ensure successful project delivery and growth of our climate action.</div>  Key Responsibilites:  <ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Project Ownership: Oversee the overall management of assigned project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and achievement of agreed outcomes.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, while resolving emerging challenges and ensuring alignment with objectives.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Client Communication: Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Commercial Development: Initiate and coordinate commercial proposals, manage contract design, and contribute to the overall growth of our advisory mandates.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Technical Expertise: Offer technical input and guidance for large and complex mandates, ensuring scientific and methodological rigor.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Innovation &amp; Improvement: Support the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and internal processes related to Nature-Based Solutions (NBS).</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Representation: Represent FORLIANCE in client meetings, workshops, and relevant industry events.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Business Growth: Collaborate closely with Team Leads and Sales Managers to identify new business opportunities, drive upselling initiatives, and support the growth of the NBS Advisory portfolio.</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li style="text-align:justify;">You bring significant experience (7+ years) in the Nature-Based Solutions sector, particularly in forest carbon projects in the Global South, land use advisory (agriculture, forestry), Food &amp;
