We are also operating Sweden’s largest truck dedicated public charging network and counting.</p><p>Your mission when joining the deployment team at Einride will be to own the complete delivery of Einride's electric freight products and services to our customers.</p><h3>You will</h3><ul><li>Act as project manager and lead cross-functional teams to a go-live (incl. risk management, budgeting, internal and external management reporting, etc)</li><li>Manage implementation of Einride's software platform and collaborate with product to optimize and digitize road transport and its operational solutions</li><li>Assess, define and deliver improvement and scaling initiatives to increase productivity, quality and general operational excellence across teams</li></ul><h3>We expect you to:</h3><ul><li>Several years experience within relevant business area/profile<br></li><li>Proven track record managing multi stakeholder projects and delivering individual business/operational improvement/operational excellence initiatives</li><li>Hands on experience in road transport/logistics as well as experience in software implementation, process improvement is a plus</li><li>Verbal and written fluency in English and German</li><li>Analytical skillset and good at solving complex problems / solution oriented</li></ul><p>This is a full-time position preferably based in Sweden or Germany, but Austria and the BeNeLux region is also a possibility.
