Here is what you will do: <ul><li>Lead and manage MEP teams on complex projects in collaboration with local and international stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee all aspects of MEP services from design to project completion, ensuring that systems are fully integrated with architectural, structural, and other engineering elements.</li><li>Provide technical leadership on MEP systems design, construction, commissioning, and handover.</li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and health and safety regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments and teams (architectural, structural, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.</li><li>Mentor and coach junior engineers and other team members, fostering their growth and professional development.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring that MEP requirements are met.</li><li>Conduct reviews and evaluations of MEP systems to ensure quality and compliance.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in MEP design processes and the adoption of new technologies.</li><li>Lead BIM/REVIT modeling and project documentation for MEP services.</li></ul>
