This is a fantastic opportunity for a UK-based PR professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment and wants to work with clients tackling the world’s most pressing climate and sustainability challenges.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAccount Strategy and Management: <ul><li>Support the development of communications strategies and integrated programme plans.</li><li>Lead brainstorms and contribute creative ideas to elevate client campaigns.</li><li>Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.</li><li>Coordinate seamlessly with PR, digital marketing, creative, web, and marketing automation teams.</li><li>Monitor budgets, support resourcing discussions, and help ensure programme efficiency.</li></ul>Client Leadership<ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact on day-to-day client matters.</li><li>Lead status calls, planning discussions, and client check-ins.</li><li>Ensure accurate maintenance of client dashboards, reports, and account documentation.</li></ul>Media and Analyst Relations:<ul><li>Develop and execute media strategies across proactive and reactive opportunities.</li><li>Conduct media outreach across phone, email, and social platforms; consistently secure top-tier and trade coverage.</li><li>Build and strengthen relationships with key journalists across regional, national, trade, and broadcast outlets.</li><li>Review and refine pitches, and help set media KPIs for the wider account team.</li></ul>Digital Communications &amp; Content:<ul><li>Collaborate with Antenna’s digital specialists to integrate digital marketing into broader communications plans.</li><li>Recommend and help execute campaigns across email, social media, SEO, and paid promotion.</li><li>Draft and edit digital content, including email sequences, social posts, and website copy.</li><li>Interpret digital campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations.</li></ul>Messaging and Editorial Development:<ul><li>Support the development of strategic messaging frameworks that inform all content.</li><li>Draft and edit a range of content, including press releases, bylines, case studies, newsletters, web copy, award entries, presentations, and thought leadership.</li><li>Work closely with creative and digital teams to produce visual content such as infographics and marketing collateral.</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE<ul><li>3-5 years’ experience in public relations, communications or integrated marketing, ideally within an agency environment.  </li><li>Experience working with B2B mobility, climate, energy, sustainability, or technology clients.</li><li>Strong interest in smart mobility, clean energy, climate technologies, environmental innovation, or related sectors.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate client objectives into communications programmes.</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.</li><li>Confident, organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.</li><li>Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with global teams.</li></ul>Salary: £40,000–£55,000 per annum, depending on experienceWe are committed to offering fair and competitive compensation.
