This role reports to our Senior Manager of Tool Installation. As part of our <a href="https://formenergy.com/form-factory-1/">Form Factory 1</a> team, you will contribute to bringing our first factory manufacturing lines into production in partnership with Engineering, Operations and Construction teams. This opportunity is based out of Form Factory 1 – Form Energy’s 550,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Weirton, WV, a commutable distance from Pittsburgh. Purpose-built for high-volume, advanced battery production, Form Factory 1 is a hub of fast-moving, collaborative work driving a new era of large-scale American energy manufacturing in the heart of the Rust Belt. Relocation assistance is available. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, EHS and key operational stakeholders to create detailed equipment installation and commissioning plans, ensuring alignment with construction timelines and milestones</li><li>Lead rigging, mechanical, electrical and controls teams in the execution of manufacturing equipment installation from utility rough in locations to equipment landing and assembly</li><li>Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained during equipment installation and commissioning, resolving any issues or deficiencies promptly</li><li>Assist in the development of and work within established budgets</li><li>Organize, validate and document installation and preventative maintenance procedures in EAM and/or CMMS software</li></ul><h3>What you'll bring:</h3><ul style=""><li>2+ years of experience in hands-on maintenance supervision/management with emphasis on custom manufacturing equipment installation</li><li>2+ years of relevant experience in a hands-on technical maintenance or fabrication role preferred</li><li>Proven ability to work within cross functional teams and drive outcomes to achieve aggressive timelines</li><li>Demonstrated experience in contractor management, technical trades and custom manufacturing equipment installations</li><li>Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time</li><li>Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li></ul>#LI-Onsite#LI-TR1Humanity is a cornerstone of Form Energy’s culture, and we make sure our compensation and benefits reflect that.
