Together, we support more than 1,300 customers across in 5 countries, covering millions of emission-free kilometers every month.<br><br>We’re looking for a <strong>Service Support Specialist (m/w/d) - Remote</strong> who enjoys customer interaction, structured work, and close coordination with operational teams. In this <strong>remote role</strong>, you’ll work across both brands, acting as a key point of contact between customers, service partners, and internal teams—helping ensure fast, clear, and reliable service communication every day.                            Your Mission<br>                                <ul><li>Manage and validate incoming Service Orders and Battery Tickets</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication</li><li>Track and prioritize tickets based on urgency, customer impact, and operational feasibility</li><li>Coordinate with mechanics and operations to resolve service-related issues</li><li>Provide proactive updates and manage customer expectations throughout the ticket lifecycle</li><li>Document all communication and maintain structured records in Odoo Helpdesk</li></ul>                            Your skills and qualifications<br>                                <ul><li>Fluency in German, English, and Dutch (spoken and written)</li><li>Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Structured, detail-oriented way of working</li><li>Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems (Odoo is a plus)</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams</li></ul>                            What you can expect from us<br>                                <ul><li>A cross-brand role with exposure to two complementary business models</li><li>Broad insights into rider-focused and business-focused mobility solutions</li><li>Responsibility and ownership in a collaborative, international environment</li><li>Direct communication with multiple teams and stakeholders</li></ul>                            Diversity<br>                                The CYCLE Group values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
