At Masdar we have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational H&amp;S Manager. You will be responsible for leading the management of environmental and social (“H&amp;S”) studies for Projects, and providing supporting services for compliance and performance aspects during Mega project delivery and asset management.Responsibilities not limited to;<ul><li>Lead the provision of H&amp;S support for projects and assets in construction and operation, balancing between in-house and external service providers and combining lowest cost with maximum knowledge build-up and flexibility.</li><li>Promote and build confidence in Masdar’s success stories, capabilities, road map and vision for H&amp;S aspects towards stakeholders and lenders.</li><li>Engage with and monitor relationships with external consultants and stakeholders in order to ensure adequate knowledge transfer and completion of services as per agreed parameters.</li><li>Maintain an updated list of reputable H&amp;S consultants to undertake H&amp;S studies during Project development.</li><li>Develop and implement a corporate procedure to commission H&amp;S consultants in a compliant and cost effective manner and manage current arrangements that are already in place, supervising their work to ensure completion as per agreements.</li><li>Lead of the commissioning and supervision of H&amp;S studies such as ESSR, ESIA, stakeholder engagement, LRP/RAP, needs analysis, community development plans, E&amp;S monitoring. •Participate in contract negotiations (e.g. EPC,O&amp;M, PPA) regarding H&amp;S aspects in order to ensure that the scope of the contracts include the relevant H&amp;S standards and requirements from main project stakeholders.</li></ul>
