<div><h2>About the role:</h2></div>The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, enforcing company policies and practices. As HR Manager you will work closely with management and employees, providing hands-on and strategic input on people-related areas, supervising the whole employee life cycle. Overseeing people related program and projects: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, administering pay, benefits, leaves, engagement, and training.HR Manager activities:<ul><li>Provide HR expertise in the areas of performance management, employee relations, compensation, and engagement.</li><li>Acts as head of HR for the Itumbiara Unit plant and collaborate with HR from other units to implement HR processes, routines, and programs.</li><li>Add value and improve operational efficiency through managing cost related to HR budget.
