Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, review, and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6</li><li>Critically analyze EPC contractor work programs, baselines, and updates</li><li>Monitor project progress and track performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) on a weekly basis</li><li>Prepare schedule updates, progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards for management</li><li>Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path impacts, and propose mitigation measures</li><li>Conduct time impact analysis (TIA) and delay analysis in support of EOT claims when situation warrants</li><li>Review contractor delay submissions and provide independent assessments</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and contracts teams to ensure schedule alignment</li><li>Maintain schedule integrity, logic, coding, and resource loading as required</li><li>Support contractual and commercial discussions related to time and progress</li></ul>Requirements / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline</li><li>Minimum 20 years of experience as a Project Scheduler / Planning Engineer with 10 years in large hydro projects </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory)</li><li>Strong experience in earned value reporting</li><li>Proven ability to analyze contractor schedules and challenge assumptions and logic</li><li>Hands-on experience in delay analysis and EOT claims (e.g. TIA, as-planned vs as-built, windows analysis)</li><li>Good understanding of EPC contract structures and project controls practices</li><li>Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and project reporting tools</li></ul>Preferred (Advantageous)<ul><li>Experience in infrastructure projects involving construction in soft ground </li><li>Familiarity with FIDIC or similar standard forms of contract</li><li>Exposure to cost control and resource-loaded schedules</li><li>Experience working with multi-disciplinary and international project teams</li></ul>At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
