Oversee execution of programs including TLI, WPIT connections, and capital reliability initiatives. Manage contractor relationships and ensure quality and safety standards are met.</li><li>People Leadership: Set performance goals and development plans for direct reports and broader transmission teams. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as company representative in industry forums, regulatory meetings, and public engagements. Build and maintain relationships with local governments, utilities, and community organizations.
