Regular reporting to the project manager will involve updates related to the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Remote Terminal Units (RTU) and telecommunications, as well as progress updates.</li><li>Ensuring the necessary documentation is updated during the design phase to support both internal and external partners. Engagement with clients and subcontractors will be key to meeting project milestones and achieving optimal project delivery outcomes.</li><li>Identifying and resolving interface issues with other vendor systems and network integrations. Conducting internal audits and supporting external ISO audits will be part of your responsibilities.</li><li>Preparing reports on improvement projects, audit findings, and quality performance metrics. Management of the Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP) will include conducting root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely closure of complaints.
