You’ll guide the operational launch of new programs - from initial customer requirements to fully ramped-up production. In this role, you will coordinate early-stage manufacturing efforts, including the setup of production lines, tooling, and prototypes. You will be the key operational interface during the development phase, enabling a seamless transition from concept to volume production. Working cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams, you’ll ensure that customer expectations are translated into effective operational plans.
