By meeting users where they are, companies can now reduce friction between IT and business teams to drive higher efficiency and growth.</p><h2><strong>Your Role</strong></h2><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Frontend Engineer</strong> to help us shape and deliver our vision. You will work alongside the founders to define product, design core backend architecture, and develop resilient, scalable systems from the ground up. You may be a good fit if:</p><ul><li>You have <strong>7+ years of experience</strong> building and shipping production web applications</li><li>You have deep experience with <strong>TypeScript, React, and Next.js</strong></li><li>You have strong fundamentals in modern frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimization</li><li>You care deeply about <strong>UX, interaction design, and polish</strong>, especially for power users</li><li>You have experience building complex, data-heavy interfaces (tables, dashboards, editors, workflows)</li><li>You are comfortable collaborating closely with backend engineers and working against APIs</li><li>You have experience deploying and operating frontend applications in production cloud environments</li><li>You are thoughtful about software development best practices and care about code quality, maintainability, and clean abstractions</li><li>You communicate clearly in writing and verbally; as a remote-first team, strong documentation and async communication matter</li><li>You are self-directed, can deliver complex features with minimal oversight, and thrive in environments with high ownership and responsibility</li><li>You are excited about joining an early engineering team and helping build both the product and the company</li></ul><p><strong>This is a hybrid in-office role in San Mateo, CA. The candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and interview performance. For candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area, the salary range will be $150,000-250,000. For candidates outside of the Bay Area, the salary range will be determined by location and adjusted for cost of labor.
