This position reports to the Production Manager and serves as a training position for the Extrusion Operator Trainee, and Blender Trainee roles. All functions performed by these positions will become part of this job as the incumbent acquires the adequate knowledge and experience. Personal safety is affected by exposure to heat, dust, noise levels and the use of equipment such as sharp blades. Moderate amount of sensory attention is required. Limited control of work pace and unexpected workflow brings considerable stresses to this position.
