Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Process incoming invoices.</li><li>Perform AP accounts reconciliation.</li><li>Perform processing of company purchasing card activity.</li><li>Process AP payments.</li><li>AP exception handing (vendor inquiries, vendor balance confirmations, vendor dunning reminders, invoice discrepancies).</li><li>Monitoring / post-processing of OCR captured incoming invoices.</li><li>Exception handling of expense claims in Concur.</li><li>Provide documentation/reports to auditors for local accounting.</li><li>Participate in internal audits and perform other related duties as assigned.</li><li>Maintain and update vendor and customer master data in the ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, finance, and local teams for vendor data requirements, changes, and validations.</li><li>Manage user access to the Concur Expense system (new user creation, updates, terminations).</li><li>Provide user support for Concur-related queries and escalate technical issues as needed.</li><li>Conduct internal checks and audits on vendor data and expense reports to ensure policy adherence.</li><li>Support external and internal audit processes by providing required documentation and responding to queries.</li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1><ul><li>Minimum of 2+ years job experience as AP Clerk, Master Data or related role in a professional environment. Preferable with Shared Services experience.</li><li>Accounting Technician, Private Accountant or currently studying a career in finance or accounting field.</li><li>Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles (IFRS).</li><li>English skills of 90% (oral, written &amp; comprehension).</li><li>Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).</li><li>Good knowledge of relevant software tools – Concur, SAP / S4Hana.</li><li>Strong Customer service orientation, proactive, working with minimal supervision and results oriented.</li><li>Comfortable in a fast pace and highly automated environment and ability to drive continuous process improvements.</li><li>Strong understanding of finance controls, SOX compliance, and data governance principles.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).</li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
