Si occuperà della gestione dei fornitori, di richiedere preventivi, gestire ordini e monitorare consegne, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità. Collaborerà con altri reparti per assicurare la disponibilità dei materiali.Responsabilità principali:<ul><li>Gestione ordini: Inserire ordini di acquisto e monitorare lo stato delle consegne.</li><li>Richiesta preventivi: Contattare fornitori per ottenere offerte e confrontare prezzi.</li><li>Controllo documentazione: Verificare conferme d’ordine e condizioni contrattuali di base.</li><li>Comunicazione interna: Interfacciarsi con produzione, logistica e magazzino per garantire disponibilità materiali.</li><li>Monitoraggio fornitori: Segnalare eventuali ritardi o problemi e supportare nella risoluzione.</li><li>Data cleaning: controllo e sistemazione dei dati a supporto dell’introduzione del nuovo sistema gestionale.</li></ul>Requisiti:<ul><li>Diploma o laurea in ambito economico/tecnico.</li><li>Almeno 6 mesi/1 anno di esperienza in un ruolo analogo.</li><li>Buona conoscenza di Excel e strumenti informatici.</li><li>Capacità organizzative e attenzione ai dettagli.</li><li>Buone doti comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team.</li><li>Conoscenza base della lingua inglese (preferibile).</li></ul>Caratteristiche personali:<ul><li>Precisione e affidabilità.</li><li>Orientamento al risultato.</li><li>Flessibilità e capacità di adattamento.</li></ul>Sede di lavoro: Montecchio Maggiore (VI)Contratto: tempo determinato fino a Dicembre 2026Benefits: premio di produzione e mensa aziendaleJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
