<p>We are seeking a highly organized and professional Sr. Contract Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance, and optimizing our contractual relationships.</p><ul><li>Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners</li><li>Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout</li><li>Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities</li><li>Collaborate with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure contract compliance</li><li>Maintain accurate contract records and documentation using contract management software</li><li>Prepare and present contract status reports to senior management</li><li>Develop and implement contract administration policies and procedures</li><li>Monitor contract performance and resolve any issues or disputes that arise</li><li>Conduct regular contract audits to ensure adherence to terms and conditions</li><li>Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices</li></ul>
