Coherent Planning<ul><li>Co-plan initiatives within the Product Trio (Product Manager, Product Designer, Tech Lead). </li></ul><ul><li>Ensure technical initiatives support both product goals and long-term platform health. </li></ul> 3. Technical Leadership &amp; Architecture<ul><li>Facilitate architectural discussions, guide trade-off analysis, and ensure RFCs/ADRs capture reasoning. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead solution design and system performance improvements while empowering others to contribute. </li></ul><ul><li>Promote scalable, maintainable, and secure system architecture. </li></ul> 4.
