Document early risks and recommend go or no-go paths.</li><li>Lead hazard classification and risk assessment, including GHS and SDS review with exposure and environmental analysis.</li><li>Monitor regulatory and formulation changes. Trigger SDS, label, and registration updates. Coordinate customer notices.</li><li>Coordinate the submission of TSCA, REACH, EPA, FDA, and related filings. Track approvals to closure.</li><li>Revamp and maintain the Product Compliance Dossier for each SKU, including SDS, labels, declarations, certificates, and exposure scenarios.</li><li>Maintain a single source of truth compliance database and keep dossiers current and easy to find.</li><li>Lead alignment with Commercial, EHSS, R&amp;D, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, and Supply Chain. Publish the plan, timeline, and RACI.</li><li>Remove process delays, including SDS-to-label lag, by setting practical SLAs and managing third parties in collaboration with EHSS, legal, and QA.</li><li>Serve as the release gate. Verify compliance sign-offs, update product master data, and notify stakeholders of release status and compliance outcomes.</li><li>Plan and host internal and customer compliance audits. Track actions and fold lessons into SOPs and training.</li><li>Uphold all MLI policies and “MLI Code of Conduct.”</li><li>Strict compliance with Environmental and Safety regulations.</li><li>Compliance and individual accountability with the MLI Quality System and ISO Registration is required.  It is the employee’s commitment to ensure that the Company’s actual practices and procedures are exercised as directed.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned to support and sustain a high performing team.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s or higher in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental science, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 7 years in manufacturing and compliance or regulatory affairs, ideally in high-purity or specialty chemicals.</li><li>Working knowledge of TSCA, REACH, GHS, and product stewardship practices.</li><li>Experience leading cross functional projects and managing external customer relationships.</li><li>Strong documentation, data management, and clear writing skills.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Master’s in chemistry, chemical engineering, environmental science, or a related field preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>SALARY &amp; BENEFITS</strong></p><p><em>Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Employees should proactively engage in virtual meetings, provide timely updates on project progress, and promptly respond to inquiries. Employees must adhere to company policies and procedures regarding the protection of confidential information and data security. This includes securing electronic devices, using encrypted communication channels, and following best practices for data handling. Hybrid/Remote employees must comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, regardless of their work location. This includes but is not limited to standards of conduct, attendance, and performance expectations.
