This position requires analyzing performance data to direct operational teams toward units contributing most to Key Performance Indicators, investigating root causes, and ensuring focus on high-impact reliability issues. This opportunity offers work with renewable technology while optimizing NextEra Energy's growing portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of solar photovoltaic and battery storage systems, reliability engineering principles, data analysis capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
