The role ensures that suppliers meet contractual obligations, supports dispute resolution, and maintains the central contract depository.This role also provides support to the wider Procurement function in sourcing activities, supplier risk assessments, and procurement analytics, contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement practices across TP ICAP.Role ResponsibilitiesProcurement Supplier Management<ul><li>Support supplier onboarding and third-party due diligence, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements (e.g., UK Modern Slavery Act, Cloud Outsourcing).</li><li>Administer and maintain the strategic supplier register, preferred supplier lists, and annual recertification.</li><li>Support resolution of purchase order (PO) and purchase requisition (PR) issues.</li><li>Provide input into third-party risk attestation and ongoing monitoring activities.</li></ul>Commercial Contract Management<ul><li>Oversee assigned suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, mitigating risk and preventing value leakage.</li><li>Track and manage contract renewals, change requests, and spend reconciliations.</li><li>Support quarterly supplier performance reviews, including service performance credits, rebates, and discount programs.</li><li>Conduct ongoing commercial and contractual risk assessments of assigned suppliers.</li></ul>Contract Administration<ul><li>Maintain and administer the contract depository, ensuring contracts are abstracted accurately and metadata is up to date.</li><li>Generate reports to support contract pipeline management, renewal planning, and supplier termination processes.</li><li>Advise on exit obligations such as data destruction requirements.</li></ul>Procurement Support<ul><li>Provide administration support for supplier onboarding into financial and due diligence systems.</li><li>Support the analytics and MI team with procurement data and reporting.</li><li>Contribute to procurement transformation and innovation initiatives.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders throughout procurement processes.</li><li>Identify, escalate, and help mitigate procurement risks.</li><li>Recommend improvements to procurement tools, systems, and methodologies.</li></ul>Experience &amp; CompetenciesEssential<ul><li>Degree educated or equivalent significant experience in supply chain or procurement.</li><li>Experience managing purchase order and invoice approval processes.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Oracle or equivalent ERP systems.</li><li>Familiarity with contract management tools.</li><li>Experience processing medium-to-high purchase order volumes.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.</li><li>Knowledge in at least one relevant procurement area: Contract management/ Third-party risk management / Supplier onboarding / Purchase order management</li><li>Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Effective communicator with the ability to adapt style to audience.</li><li>High integrity and professionalism in all interactions.</li></ul> Desired<ul><li>Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.</li><li>Prior involvement in supplier governance frameworks or critical supplier management.</li><li>Exposure to procurement transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Professional procurement qualifications (e.g., CIPS or equivalent).</li><li>Strong track record in supplier relationship management, including dispute resolution.</li><li>Evidence of innovation and ability to identify process improvements.</li><li>Experience supporting business analytics or MI reporting.</li></ul>Band &amp; Level<ul><li>Support / 3</li></ul>#LI-ASO #LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
