We strive for quality not quantity.What you’ll do<ul><li>Assembly of discrete and multichip semiconductor packages.</li><li>Carry out precise encapsulant dispensing and controlled curing of products to meet quality and process requirements.</li><li>Manually load and unload components into and out of assembly fixtures.</li><li>Basic Operation and general cleaning maintenance of manufacturing equipment.</li><li>Keep workspaces clean and organized.</li><li>Carry out safe cleaning, handling, and cross‑departmental movement of products and materials in accordance with established procedures.</li><li>Accurately complete production documentation, including assembly records, travelers, and quality logs.</li><li>Conduct thorough visual inspections to confirm workmanship accuracy and adherence to quality requirements.</li><li>Ensure all work performed is recorded on the company portal at the end of each shift.</li><li>Operate microscopes, tweezers, and vacuum pens as required for product handling.</li><li>Identify, document, and report defects, component issues, or process deviations.</li><li>Additional responsibilities may be assigned.</li></ul>What you needRequired Qualifications:<ul><li>Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Can perform repetitive tasks with attentiveness.</li><li>Steady hands for manual placement of small components.</li><li>Capable of following procedures, detailed written/verbal instructions.</li><li>Exhibits strong communication skills—verbal, written, and digital—and maintains clear, accurate documentation.</li><li>Effectively prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines and workflow demands.</li><li>Works independently with minimal supervision while also contributing positively to team efforts.</li><li>Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Possess mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Good at multi-tasking.</li><li>Shows adaptability and a proactive attitude, taking on whatever tasks are required to achieve successful outcomes.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Possesses intermediate computer skills including MS Office, Excel and Outlook.</li><li>Knowledge of electrical/electronic components and terminology.</li><li>Manufacturing experience a plus.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Able to wear ¾ or full-face respirators and all required PPE.</li><li>Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.</li><li>Some bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, pulling, mild lifting of 10 pounds or less.</li><li>Some assemblers are required to intermittently lift up to 50 pounds.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li>• Competitive pay and comprehensive health benefits • 401(k) with company match and retirement plans • Paid time off and flexible work arrangements • Professional development and training opportunities • Employee wellness programs and assistance resources • A collaborative environment working on mission-critical technology</li></ul>What happens nextApply online through Teledyne’s careers page.
