Responsibilities / TasksThe Quality Expert’s responsibilities include:<ul><li>Analyzing existing business processes to identify potential improvements and deviations from standards</li><li>Acting as an interfunctional facilitator to promote and support corrective actions</li><li>Monitoring the progress of corrective measures against established plans</li><li>Designing quality standards and processes when needed (both internal and external, e.g., at suppliers’ sites)</li><li>Developing quality gate systems and defining appropriate corrective actions</li><li>Participating in all required meetings to ensure proper governance within the Quality Business Unit</li></ul>The successful candidate will also work autonomously with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures and will be responsible for managing the claims process.A strong Quality Expert should possess excellent investigative and troubleshooting skills and be able to ensure that processes and products consistently meet established quality standards.Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Experience in quality engineering or in a similar role</li><li>Experience in coding and in the use of software tools and processes (Power BI, apps, SAP, etc.)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities</li><li>Good project management skills</li><li>Good command of English and Italian</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
