Our talented worldwide team is transforming PV plant performance every day with smart technology, data monitoring and analysis services.As Business is fast extending, P&amp;E team is looking for a product engineer to support Sales team for PV module compatibility review focusing on certain regions. The role is located in Shanghai, China.Desired Characteristics &amp; Qualifications:Self-motivated, independent, technical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skillsA Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar discipline2~3 years of technical support experience with PV modulesKnowledge of module testing and IEC complianceWillingness to travel (&lt;30% of time) within China and globally.Proficiency in English language at a professional level.SECTION THREERESPONSIBILITIESResponsibilities will include but not be limited to:Manage Form-Fit Function tests accordingly (including data collection and report generating)Manage loading tests of various PV module / tracker product combinations as required (including data collection and report generating)Travel to PV module manufacturers and 3rd party testing facilities as requiredModule related document (Test guide/3rd party report) and test tracking sheet (loading test / FFF test / project specific related test) recordingCommunicate with Sale/Project/PJE for moving projects forward according to the client’s request  At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
