This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across multiple functions — from onboarding and employee engagement to compliance and performance management — while contributing to a mission-driven company focused on clean energy and sustainability.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end Onboarding process.</li><li>Act as a first point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance on HR policies, benefits, and workplace matters.</li><li>Support performance management processes, including goal-setting and appraisal coordination.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all statutory and labor laws.</li><li>Assist with payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.</li><li>Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decisions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>10+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles, preferably in renewable energy, engineering, or IT firm.</li><li>Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office Suite.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>At Nextpower, we are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.
