In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and act as a key link between our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth order execution and an excellent customer experience.About the roleAs a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
