We help homeowners navigate a crowded and complicated environment, choose the best upgrades, and get them installed through a delightfully seamless experience.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">To unlock our next growth phase, we need a marketing leader who can build a marketing function from the ground up. You'll develop clear, differentiated messaging across an ecosystem of homeowners, utilities, and installation partners. You'll drive measurable growth through a mix of </span><b style="font-size:16px;">performance marketing, SEO/content </b><span style="font-size:16px;">and</span><b style="font-size:16px;"> product marketing. </b><span style="font-size:16px;">You'll establish the systems, processes and early team structure to scale the function and importantly, you'll roll up their sleeves as a true </span><b style="font-size:16px;">player-coach</b><span style="font-size:16px;"> and execute hands-on</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, influence company strategy and shape how stakeholders discover and engage with Zero Homes. </span></div><br><br><h3>About You</h3><ul><li><b>You have 5-10+ years of marketing experience </b>across growth, content, SEO &amp; product marketing, preferably at companies that have grown from early traction to meaningful scale ($xM → $x0M in revenue) </li><li><b>You’ve personally built 3+ acquisition or growth channels from zero to meaningful traction </b>and can speak fluently about CAC, LTV, funnel efficiency and how attribution informs channel decisions.</li><li><b>You can build and you can scale</b> - you’ll run experiments yourself (writing copy, launching campaigns, building dashboards, etc.), leverage the best modern tools &amp; AI to move fast, then create repeatable systems that scale the right efforts. </li><li><b>You’re a strong storyteller with product marketing instincts</b> - you can simplify technical concepts, develop clear messaging and adapt it across multiple audiences (homeowners, partners, installers). </li><li><b>You thrive as a player-coach</b>. You’re comfortable being a one-person team at the start, supported by contractors or agencies, while laying the groundwork for future hires. </li><li><b>You’re energized by building something ambitious and leaving your mark on the world</b>.</li></ul><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Own the full marketing engine. </b>You’ll define our strategy, execute early campaigns yourself and build the systems that support long-term growth: acquisition, lifecycle, analytics, SEO, content and product marketing. </li><li><b>Craft our story. </b>Build clear, compelling positioning and messaging for a category that is still in early stages. Translate technical concepts into language that resonates with homeowners, partners and industry stakeholders.</li><li><b>Drive measurable growth. </b>Generate and qualify B2C leads at scale to empower our inside sales team, optimizing for cost per lead, conversion rates, and sales pipeline velocity. Develop and run experiments across the funnel. Manage attribution, build dashboards and refine acquisition channels. Use performance insights to inform content, SEO, landing pages and conversion. </li><li><b>Build a content &amp; SEO machine. </b>Define and launch a strategy that increases awareness, educates homeowners and drives conversion. Partner across the business. Collaborate with product, operations, sales &amp; our B2B partnerships team. Ensure that our motions align with GTM needs and support various internal stakeholders. </li><li><b>Grow the function over time. </b>Make the early hires in content, demand gen and product marketing as we scale.
