And we aspire that our team emulates and enhances this culture.</span></div><div><br></div><div><b>Job Summary</b>: The<b> Assistant Regional Operations Manager (AROM)</b> is responsible for preparing residential installation crews for pre-construction projects and managing regional inside operations and administrative duties.  The ideal AROM has strong communication and customer services skills are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can multi-task. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior project administrative experience looking to gain exposure in the solar industry!</div><div><br></div><br><br><h3>Job Duties:</h3><ul><li>Responsible for the accuracy of information provided to the crews, within the crew Job Packet. </li><li>Managing local installer payroll audits and payroll app acceptance/accuracy. </li><li>Process installation reporting and uploading photos and documents into customers' files.</li><li>Managing solar installation workflow for the region,</li><li>Initiating inspections processes and communicating with the Inspections Coordinator.</li><li>Managing customer accounts in Project Sunrise from installation to project completion.</li><li>Working closely with ROM and HR department on employee relations issues.</li><li>Assisting with other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h3>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competency: </h3><ul><li>Strong verbal and written skills. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet use. </li><li>Strong work ethic. </li><li>Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization. </li><li>Ability to meet motor vehicle requirements and maintain a valid driver's license. </li><li>Ability to perform normal office duties. </li><li>Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine the accuracy of work. </li></ul><h3>Education and Experience Required:</h3><ul><li>Previous project administration or field construction experience </li><li>Prior team lead or supervisory experience is strongly preferred</li><li>Prior solar energy experience is strongly preferred </li><li>Valid Drivers License </li></ul><h3>Physical and Environmental Requirements: </h3><ul><li>Light lifting and carrying (under 15 lbs).</li><li>Straight pulling and simple grasping.</li><li>Walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.</li><li>Operating office equipment and motor vehicles.</li><li>Ability to see, identify colors and ability to hear (with aid if needed).</li><li>Ability to write, count, read, and tell time.</li><li>Travel by car up to 10% of the time.</li><li>Work performed indoors.</li><li>Must be able to work both independently and with others.</li></ul><br><div><span style="font-size:16px;">We understand you may be a great candidate without fitting all our preferred experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes.
