The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to renewable energy projects. Duties and responsibilities  <ul><li>Vegetation Control by means of hand tools, lawnmowers, brush cutters etc.</li><li>Site Preparation &amp; Setup: Assist in clearing and preparing land for solar installations, including grading, trenching, and setting up foundations.</li><li>Material Handling: Unload, transport, and stage materials and equipment at the job site.</li><li>Panel Installation Support: Aid in the assembly and installation of solar panel racking systems and modules using hand and power tools.</li><li>Maintenance Assistance: Support routine inspections and maintenance tasks, such as cleaning panels and checking system components.</li><li>Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by collecting and disposing of debris and excess materials.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following site-specific safety guidelines.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, following instructions from supervisors and contributing to a positive work environment.</li><li>Occasional standby duties over weekends and public holidays as required by site operations.</li></ul> Required skills and education background <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Previous experience in construction or solar installations is advantageous but not required.</li><li>Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
