The role is vital in maintaining records and supporting site leadership to keep the project on track. Responsibilities  <ul><li>Manage and maintain site office documentation, including project files, daily logs, and compliance registers.</li><li>Monitor and update construction schedules and site reporting systems (e.g., daily site diaries, attendance registers).</li><li>Coordinate site logistics (e.g., deliveries, access control, equipment tracking).</li><li>Assist with procurement processes by preparing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and tracking deliveries.</li><li>Support the Site Manager in ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including the Construction Regulations 2014 (OHS Act).</li><li>Ensure all contractors and visitors are inducted and that site access records are up to date.</li><li>Assist with payroll data collection (e.g., timesheets, attendance).</li><li>Liaise with project stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and municipal authorities.</li><li>Provide general administrative support (e.g., minutes of meetings, filing, emails).</li></ul>  Required skills and education background <ul><li>Education: Grade 12 (Matric) required.
