Using your expertise in specialty crop agronomy and account management, you will align customer pollination needs with Beeflow’s science-based products, collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver strong results and an excellent customer experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with growers and beekeepers. </li><li>Generate, convert, and retain customers, driving adoption of Beeflow’s solutions. </li><li>Manage accounts using a consultative approach, understanding customer businesses and needs. </li><li>Identify pollination challenges and deliver solutions aligned with Beeflow’s value proposition. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Field, Operations, Marketing, R&amp;D) to deliver an excellent customer experience. </li><li>Lead customer communications during the season, sharing results and coordinating program adjustments. </li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up on service delivery and pollination outcomes. </li><li>Represent Beeflow at industry events, trade shows, and grower meetings. </li><li>Manage negotiations, contracts, pricing, billing, and CRM activities. </li><li>CRM tool management: Close sales, value proposition delivery and closing.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or a related field. </li><li> 7+ years of experience in agronomy consulting, farm management, or agricultural sales. </li><li> Proven experience launching or commercializing agricultural products or services in specialty crops. </li><li> At least 3 years of sales experience in specialty crop markets. </li><li> Based in Santiago de Chile or nearby. </li><li> Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. </li><li> Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%. </li><li> Valid driver’s license and ability to drive day and night. </li><li> Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li> Strong commercial, communication, and customer-facing skills.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications:<ul><li> Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentations) with advanced English proficiency. </li><li> Solid agronomy knowledge with strong data analysis and field trial experience. </li><li> Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. </li><li> Results-driven, self-motivated approach with practical farming experience. </li><li> Existing grower network in blueberries and avocados and understanding of agribusiness processes.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive compensation package.
