Your mission<br>                                <ul><li>You support our Finance &amp; Legal team within the Capital &amp; Growth department in day-to-day business and actively contribute to ongoing projects.</li><li>Fundraising activities, financial planning &amp; analyses, and strategic projects – you get involved and contribute to the development of our financing strategy.</li><li>You create professional presentations and documentation for internal decisions, investor meetings, and board communications.</li><li>You assist with investor relations activities and maintain communication with existing and potential investors.</li><li>You contribute to investor reporting by preparing financial updates, performance metrics, and quarterly reports.</li><li>You conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision-making in fundraising and capital allocation.</li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                <ul><li>You are studying Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable field of study, ideally in your Bachelor's or an advanced Master's phase.</li><li>You have already gained initial experience in finance, e.g. through internships or working student positions in finance, consulting, or corporate development.</li><li>You are proficient in PowerPoint and can create professional presentations.</li><li>You have strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.</li><li>You communicate confidently in English, both written and verbal. Good German skills are a plus.</li><li>You work in a structured and independent manner, can set priorities, and keep track even when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>You are a team player who is eager to contribute actively and make an impact together.</li><li>You can support us for at least 12 months and are available for 12–20 hours per week.</li></ul>                            Why us?<br>                                <ul><li>Working in a young and interdisciplinary scale-up team </li><li>A lot of responsibility and creative freedom right from the start </li><li>Active contribution to climate protection &amp; circular economy  </li><li>Active involvement in decisions</li><li>Team spirit and a family atmosphere</li></ul>
