<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at our cutting-edge stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our facility, staff, and visitors during various events and daily operations.</p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies and procedures for the stadium</li><li>Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions</li><li>Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures</li><li>Coordinate and deliver safety training programs for staff and contractors</li><li>Manage emergency response planning and coordinate with local authorities and emergency services</li><li>Monitor and ensure compliance with local Saudi Arabian and international HSE regulations and standards</li><li>Oversee environmental management initiatives, including waste management and sustainability programs</li><li>Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and performance metrics</li><li>Collaborate with event organizers and stadium management to ensure safety during sports events and other large gatherings</li><li>Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging HSE trends in stadium management</li><li>Perform regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed</li><li>Develop and maintain positive relationships with regulatory agencies and stakeholders</li></ul>
