This position involves conducting basic risk assessments, assisting with compliance audits, and supporting the implementation of EHS policies. The Entry Analyst works under direct supervision and is expected to develop a solid understanding of EHS regulations and best practices. Responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis • Gather and organize data from various sources • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings Environmental Compliance • Review and interpret environmental regulations and policies • Ensure company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate environmental risks Risk Assessment • Conduct environmental risk assessments for company operations • Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them • Monitor and report on risk reduction efforts Environmental Permitting • Prepare and submit permit applications to regulatory agencies • Track and manage permit renewals and updates • Ensure all necessary permits are obtained and maintained Stakeholder Engagement • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on environmental issues • Collaborate with other departments to develop sustainable practices • Represent company in meetings with regulatory agencies and community groups Data Management and Reporting • Maintain accurate and up-to-date environmental data and records • Generate regular reports on environmental performance and compliance • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions High Impact Behaviors: • Continuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning, seeking out opportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices. • Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective professionals understand the value of collaboration.
