This role combines hands on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, driving preventive maintenance, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement across the plant.What you get to do<ul><li>Lead daily maintenance operations: Complete tasks, oversee technicians, coordinate with Operations, and ensure timely completion of work orders.</li><li>Perform skilled industrial maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems that support manufacturing operations.</li><li>Manage preventive maintenance programs: Develop PM schedules for facility and production support equipment (compressors, electrical, IT, etc.).</li><li>Support production uptime: Respond quickly to equipment failures and coordinate resources to minimize downtime.</li><li>Oversee contractors and vendors: Manage service providers for specialized repairs, facility upgrades, and regulatory inspections in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and plant specific safety standards and policies</li><li>Conduct facility inspections: Monitor building conditions, utilities, safety systems, and environmental controls.</li><li>Maintain parts inventory: Track critical spares, tools, and consumables to support uninterrupted operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance: Follow OSHA, EPA, and plant specific safety standards; support audits and documentation.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement: Recommend process enhancements, energy saving initiatives, and equipment upgrades.</li></ul>What you bring to the Team<ul><li>5+ years of industrial or manufacturing facilities/building maintenance experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems</li><li>Experience with CMMS systems for work orders, PMs, and asset tracking</li><li>Leadership or team lead experience in a plant or industrial setting</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals</li><li>Familiarity with industrial utilities such as compressed air, vacuum systems, chilled water, and process ventilation</li><li>Certifications such as HVAC, electrical, welding, or OSHA 30 are a plus</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in production environments</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Full‑time, on‑site role in a manufacturing plant</li><li>Exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and varying temperatures</li><li>Occasional on call or off shift support during shutdowns or emergencies</li></ul>The BIG payoffWe are a company who is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate.Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and will share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all levels of the company!We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate.Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
