Ability to train / instruct team members on assembly procedures Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears Other duties as assigned.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Requires the use of simple arithmetic and some measuring instruments such as caliper, scale, and mechanical experience.  Ability to use basic pneumatic hand tools, pedestal grinder, electrical test equipment, wiring, metal and plastics, and crimping tools.  High school diploma or equivalent and previous heavy manufacturing or assembly experience required.Candidate must be skilled in at least twelve (12) of the Electrical Assembler skills matrix quadrants.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED required.Oshkosh is committed to working with and offering reasonable accommodations to job applicants with disabilities.
