You’ll support payroll compliance, reporting, and system integrity while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Be Doing<ul><li>Running smooth on time accurate payrolls (weekly &amp; fortnightly)</li><li>Maintain payroll governance and compliance to support identification and resolution of payroll risks and issues Handling leave reconciliations, journals, and EOFY processes</li><li>Keeping our payroll systems (ADP Payforce, ADP Realtime, Kronos, Workday) updated</li><li>Assisting with payroll reporting, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Collaborating with HR and Finance to keep everything moving</li><li>Contributing to process improvements and team projects</li></ul> About you<ul><li>Ideally you have 2 years’ experience as a Payroll Officer within a Manufacturing, or FMCG industry.</li><li>Good understanding of Australian payroll legislation, EAs, and awards</li><li>Computer literate with Intermediate Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP highly regarded)</li><li>Experienced running a payroll using an integrated payroll system, and time and attendance with some manual intervention (ADP Payforce, ADP Realtime, Kronos, Time and Attendance, and Workday is highly regarded)</li><li>Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders and customers</li><li>A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently</li><li>Excellent time management and coordination skills with a sense of urgency, results focused, with high attention to detail and analytical mindset</li><li>You have a can-do attitude, are flexible, adaptable and customer focused in everything you do!</li><li>Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident.  </li></ul>Why join us?
