power systems consulting firm.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">• Demonstrated experience with interconnection studies, transmission planning, and IBR modeling, particularly in ERCOT.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">• Strong working knowledge of FERC, NERC, and ISO/RTO interconnection requirements, standards, and processes.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">• Hands-on experience with at least one, and preferably several, of the following tools: PSLF, PowerWorld, PSSE, PSCAD, TARA, and ASPEN.</span></div><div><span style="font-size:16px;">• Direct experience with transmission and distribution interconnection tariffs, procedures, and studies in key markets, specifically ERCOT.</span></div><div><span
