You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:<ul><li>Contributing to the strategic and annual planning processes in collaboration with colleagues and management of the holding company and it's subsidiaries (Business Planning)</li><li>Conducting benchmarks against regional energy companies and preparing periodical market development updates (Benchmarking and Market Analysis)</li><li>Supporting the preparation of the content for Board meetings (Strategic Decision Support)</li><li>Analyzing business performance and monitoring strategy execution progress, preparing reports with relevant comments and insights (Performance Analysis &amp; Reporting)</li><li>Overseeing the status and updates of the Strategic Initiatives Portfolio (Strategic Portfolio Oversight)</li><li>Supervising the implementation of best corporate governance practices (subject to SOE's) within the Group (Regulatory Oversight)</li><li>Driving enhancements in business planning and reporting processes across the Group (Continuous Improvement)</li></ul>
