AECOM’s People and Culture Team has a diverse opportunity for an HR professional ready to step up into a bigger role.We’re looking for a motivated People &amp; Culture professional to support a client group of around 250 team members across our Australia offices. This role is ideal for an experienced Business Partner who’s ready to grow into a strategic role.You’ll work closely with leaders to help improve the employee experience and support a wide range of HR activities, including:<ul><li>Employee Relations and Performance Management</li><li>Culture and Engagement Initiatives</li><li>Reward and Talent Management Strategies</li><li>Building Leadership Capability through coaching and support</li><li>Facilitating and embedding change management</li><li>Leading and contributing to strategic HR projects</li><li>Partnering with leaders to continuously improve the employee experience</li></ul>How you’ll make a difference:In addition to partnering with business leaders within key client groups, you will work as part of a core team of HR Specialists both regionally and nationally.  Reporting to the People &amp; Culture Lead, you will actively contribute to the implementation and operation of the Australia New Zealand HR Strategy and will support and assist the effective implementation of our Global HR Strategy. You will be responsible for all facets of People and Culture business partnering, including:<ul><li>Employee Relations</li><li>Performance, Reward &amp; Talent Management</li><li>Building the people management capabilities of our leaders</li><li>Developing organisational development programs</li><li>Facilitating and supporting change management</li><li>Leading and supporting HR projects </li><li>Working with managers to improve our employee experience.</li></ul>
